Admission Eligibility

  1. For Admission Parents and students should contact school personally.
  2. Those students who want to take admission in std 1st must complete 5 year of age. (Parents should take child birth certificate and h.k.g. result with them)
  3. Those students who want to take admission accept std1st should take result of passing year. Students are not eligible for admission.
  4. Those students who want to take admission after second sem. Parents should take 1st sem result with them.
  5. Those students who is from outstate of Gujarat and want to take admission in our school they must have counter sign in their leaving certificate.
  6. Medium must not be change (those students who is pass out in particular medium)i.e. Gujarati Medium / English Medium
  7. Admission form provided from school. (submit your application form  after completing all the necessary details with student and parent  )
  8. Original leaving certificate ( check your surname, Name, Father’s Name, date of birth, place of birth, caste and days of attendance mention in your leaving certificate) (any corrected leaving certificate could not be accepted.)
  9. Xerox copy of annual exam result ( if you want to take admission in second semester then you have to submit result copy of your first semester exam of same standard, keep your original result with you – you have to submit Xerox copy of original result.) (you must be pass in all the subjects of  your result)
  10. Xerox copy of Birth certificate only required  for admission in standard  1 (it must be in English and any other languages , Xerox copy of H.K.G result)
  11. Xerox copy of Caste certificate of parent or student ( for all the caste except general/open category)
  12. You have to pay fees by cash or DD and cheque …………………………. (Fees Installment: admission time / July / October)
  13. Xerox copy of student’s UID(Aadhar Card)( if you don’t have Aadhar Card yet, then apply for it as soon as possible)
  14. Xerox copy of passbook of student’s bank account (name of bank, name of student and account number must be visible)

 

All of the above documents are verified by parent and determine that no single mistake should found in above mention documents.
